SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
Valley Light works closely with Regional Centers and State Department of Rehabilitation offices in Southern California. Our primary Regional Center is San Gabriel Pomona.
We also are connected to various public and private agencies involved in work development.

VLC’s Supported Employment program carries a 97% successful stabilization rate.
Supported Employment Program assists individuals in successfully meeting their vocational goals by finding paid employment opportunities in the community. Consumers are directly placed, into works settings with support staff available to allow them to experience the true meaning of employment.
Valley Light Center for Social Advancement has been providing services to adults with developmental challenges for almost 50 years. By providing a comprehensive service, many individuals with little to no vocational experience can elect to enroll into supported employment.
